FREE shipping worldwide on all orders over €300
We ship to Sweden with DHL to your nearest DHL service point. We ship to all other destinations with UPS or similar international carriers, see prices below:
- Sweden: €8, 1-3 working days.
- EU: €20, 3-5 working days.
- North America: €40, 5-7 working days.
- Asia and Middle East: €50, 5-10 working days.
- Rest of the World: €60, 7-14 working days.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We do not cover shipping costs for returns and/or refund additional duties, taxes, or any additional charges, that may incur.
We offer 14 days of return and refund as per European Law on all online orders, including SALE items. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. We do not accept items that are intimate goods. The exception is underwear or swim shorts that are not tried on, and their package returned unopened.
How to return
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please send the item together with the invoice or order confirmation and specify the reason for the return to the address below:
IMPORTANT NOTE: To prevent any additional customs charges, when shipping back items outside the EU, please mark the parcel "Returned goods", original tracking number and our EORI number: SE5567321509.
If you need to exchange your item, please contact us at email@example.com and return your item as described above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account balance. Then contact your credit card company and your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is shown in your account.
